Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to the college when a portion of the six-floor parking garage at 3800 N.W. 115th Ave. collapsed around 11:40 a.m., police said. Police said it appeared as if the garage was occupied by construction workers only. And authorities said three people were unaccounted for. No students were in danger, said college spokesman Juan Mendieta. He added that it was a garage under construction.
